Who Attends the Fest? Comedy fans, performers, students and educators of all ages and backgrounds.

Who Performs at the Fest? Improv, Sketch and Stand Up acts from Austin and beyond. The schedule includes youth & adult acts, with more mature content happening later in the day. The line up includes some of Austin’s most talented, best-loved comics as well as up-and-comers of all ages.

Who Teaches at the Fest? Teaching Artists, Coaches, Performers and Directors from Austin’s acclaimed comedy scene.

What happens at the Fest? Live performances, Workshops, Improv Jams, Open Mics and both organized and spontaneous socializing.

Why this Fest? Sure, Austin’s Comedy Scene is booming. But a lot of it is out of reach for younger fans, too late at night for some adult fans, too expensive for the curious, etc. ExAb Fest creates a live comedy experience that serves audiences and performers the chance to dive in, regardless of age or circumstance.

ExAb Fest is a unique opportunity for audiences of all ages to see some Austin’s best comedy acts in an all ages setting. Sure, it’s PG. But it’s also hilarious.
